Henriette Hochstein-Frädrich is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and founder of the international B2B matchmaking platform pharmatching.com as well as initiatives promoting female empowerment. Since 2013, she has delivered inspiring talks worldwide that motivate people to rethink and take action. She has published several books, collaborated as a ghostwriter with renowned coaches, and served as a columnist for Courage magazine. After earning a German-French media studies degree, including a year at ESAV film school in Toulouse, she worked as a TV editor for channels such as RTL and ProSieben before starting her own business. Régis Hamelin, materials science engineer with a PhD in Electronics, specialized in semiconductor lasers and photonic components, with research at University of Lille and seven years at CEA-LETI. In 2003, he co-founded Intexys Photonics, serving as CTO and board member in launching active optical cables for high-end supercomputers. In 2010, he joined the “COWIN” support action under FP7, leading to the foundation of BLUMORPHO, which he joined as CTO in January 2015. As BLUMORPHO’s Chief Technology Officer, he directs deep-tech innovation and helps European ecosystems advance in semiconductors, IP generation, and technology transfer. Anke Steinberger is Manager R&D Miniaturization at AT&S. She began her career in 2002 with an apprenticeship in the physical lab, followed by an apprenticeship as a chemical lab technician and several years as a reliability expert in AT&S’s reliability lab. After transitioning to the R&D department, she completed a part-time study in Innovation Management at FH Campus 02. At AT&S, she develops next-generation IC substrates with a focus on miniaturization and actively applies and teaches creativity techniques, including TRIZ, to solve problems and drive innovation.
